Property Maintenance Programs
Maintenance
Vale Landscaping maintenance division provides services to residential and commercial properties ranging from single family to large urban metro districts. Our highly qualified staff includes employees and management who are trained landscape technicians. Vale Landscaping foremen average six years experience and are well versed in all areas of landscape management and implementation.
Our scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Traditional Program:
- Three step property maintenance program.
- Estate Program:
- Three step property maintenance program plus choices of optional services.
Spring Clean Up
Remove any twigs, leaves, and debris from lawn and planting beds.
- Dethatch:
- Dethatch lawn areas, remove and dispose of resulting debris.
- Irrigation start-up:
- Open all valves, check system for proper functionality, repairs and/or changes are additional.
- Lawn cutting:
- Cut and string-trim all lawn areas and blow clean all walks, driveways, and patios of debris.
Spring, Summer, and Fall Annuals
Supply and install annuals in specified areas for season color effect.
- Mulch:
- Supply and deliver a specified number of yards of premium dark shredded pine bark or hemlock mulch.
- Mulch installation:
- Edge all planting beds and spread mulch in designated planting beds, shrub, and ornamental pruning: prune specified shrubs and trees, under 12’ tall, by removing any new growth.
- Weeding and bed maintenance:
- Remove weeds and deadhead perennials in specified planting beds.
- Irrigation blow-out:
- Open all valves and blow out all water lines.
Fall Clean Up
Clear lawn, planting beds and hardscaped areas of leaves and dispose of on site. There may be one or more clean up on your site which will be predetermined in your contract agreement.
- Fall vacuum and removal:
- Vacuum remove and dispose of leaves, twigs and debris to an off site location.
The following is a breakdown of each Service Package:
- Annual Service Contract:
- A maintenance contract with one set price for the maintenance season including agreed upon services. These contracts can be for 1, 2 or 3 year durations and can paid in installments, or paid using our Prepaid Incentive Option. Service contracts are eligible to use our Go Green Option. Using this option saves trees and postage because your invoices are emailed monthly.
- Monthly Service Contract:
- A maintenance contract with agreed upon prices for each service to be performed during the upcoming growing season. These contracts are for 1 year durations and are billed and paid monthly, or paid using our Prepaid Incentive Option (this option has an overall discount associated with your contract). Service contracts are also eligible to use our Go Green Option; using this option saves trees and postage because your invoices are emailed to you monthly.
